This is my new and improved SdPlayer for Windows and Linux. Click here to show/hide details.

    SdPlayer 2.00

SdPlayer gives you all the features you need for playing music at your tape group. Unlike Wplayer, SdPlayer does not need WinAmp. SdPlayer simplifies playlist management because no tape group files are needed to remember where you left off in the playlist. SdPlayer gives you a tape counter, rewind to zero, tip timer with sound, music looping for callers, and user configurable keyboard shortcut keys. It adds playback speed control and a separate tip timer sound volume control. And SdPlayer is available for both Windows and Linux. It is also OPEN SOURCE, so you can download the source code if desired.

Installation notes for Windows: Because SdPlayer is written using Qt, you need to download and install the Qt runtime library files for Windows (if you haven't already done so). It also uses the VLC media player libraries, so it is necessary to install the VLC media player for Windows. Install the 32 bit version of VLC media player if using the 32 bit version of SdPlayer. Also, SetupSdPlayer200.exe must be run as an administrator to install the software (right-click it and select Run as administrator if you do not have administrator rights).

Read the SdPlayer 2.00 user manual.

Download SdPlayer 2.00 for Windows: SetupSdPlayer200.exe
